Bordi Drejtues është organi më i lartë politikbërës i QZhDI, I cili përcakton strategjitë afat gjata dhe afat mesme. Drejtori Ekzekutiv është organi më i lartë përfaqësues dhe ekzekutues në të gjitha aspektet e veprimtarisë të saj.
QZHDI është pjesë e Rrjeteve:
- Anëtare e FOI Advocates Network
- Anëtare e Koalicionit Shqiptar Kundra Korrupsionit
- Anëtare e Interpret Europe (European Association for Heritage Interpretation).
